Please go thru ICAI publications for Finals or refer some good author book like Shukla Grewal.
Also I would advice u that before going into practical questions, you should read detailed theory on subject matter, have a good grasp over it, have clarity of thought and then attempt practical questions.

Inter company holding is that A and B wants to amalgamate . If A is also holding shares in B Ltd will be called Inter company holding.
