Details of Negative list in Jharkhand VAT & entry Tax

thank you for the reply. actually i wanted the complete list of NEGATIVE LIST of ENTRY TAX at Jharkhand. What I found out is that that the negative list is common for both VAT credit and ENTRY TAX. But the negative list is not explained in VAT related credit. Moreover capital goods of negative list is not explained as to what exactly the capital goods of negative list comprises of as per VAT of Jharkhand. So I wanted a complete detailed explanation of negative list categories. I have searched all kinds of books and net. I found out that there are 16 categories of specification in Negative List for capital goods. I didn't find the names of these 16 category of capital goods. I want them.

I want VAT Negative List (where we cannot avail input credit) in the state of Karnataka, India.
