sir, what is depreciation rate on printer purchase at fy 2018-19,? it is computer related or machinery related 40 or 15 percent sir

Depreciation rate for computer accessories is 40% I.e.UPS, Printer, Scanner etc. Depreciation is allowed even if cost is less than Rs.5000/-

D link cost is hardly 600/- to 800/- for one Qty which one can debit directly to computer maintenance expenses in P&L. and write it off. If there are more then FA & depreciation .
As replied by Mr. Sudha Kar & Mr. Raja P M , there is no bar to treat D'link as Fixed Assets and claim depreciation at 40%.
