can i please know what is the Depreciation rate on Car as Per Companies Act 1956...

According to Business or Profession it is considered as Plant & Machinery Block Depreciation is calculated with rate 15%...

As per companies Act

25.89% - WDV

9.50% - SLM

As per Income Tax Act

15%
