What is the Depreciation rate for Electric Scooters like Bajaj Chetak or Ola for FY 2021-22, AY 2022-23.

Electrically operated vehicles including battery powered or fuel-cell powered vehicles = 40% Depreciation rate from AY 2018-19 onwards as per IT Act.
Thanks. But life of such vehicles is 3yrs. Will this not be considered?
Can you please specify the act and the section under which electric vehicles can be depreciated at 40%
