depreciation on residential house
I have three houses,one for my residential purpose, another for business purposes,and third one I given for let out, please specify depreciation rates for three properties

No depreciation over residential house property, except 10% for the one used for business purpose.
what about rental property
no depreciation on rented property as you get 30% standard deduction, while calculating income from house property
