DEPRECIATION ON INTANGIBLE ASSETS

EXPENDITURE INCURRED ON SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT IN FIVE YEARS SO CAN WE CLAIM DEPRECIATION IN INCOME TAX ACT FROM FIRST YEAR DESPITE OF PRODUCT IS UNDER DEVELOPMENT?
