Depreciation on factory building

Hi, i want to know about depreciation rate on factory building, as in our company we have lease factory land for which we pay rent and now we are constructing factory on it, please advice me whether depreciation is chargeable on this? if yes then  how much?

yah depreciation is required on the value of assets under ind as 16 or as 10. refer schedule 2 of companies act 2013 for life of factory building which is 30 year. so you have to provide depreciation proportionately for 30 from date of ready to use of building
