In my company they are not allowing me to include my parents(dependent) lic policy for tax exemption.Is there any solution to include in my tax submission.

YOU CAN INCLUDE IT IN YOUR RETURN AND CLAIM IT
yes u can claim deduction ......
In 80C no Deduction is available for LIC paid by child for his parents. So your company is right. See Sec 80C
