Demand Outstanding

Dear experts.

Belated ITR has been filled for A.Y 2022-23 with a late fee of Rs 1000 under minor head 500 ( other receipt ) and major head other than company (0021).

But now demand has been asked for Rs 1000 again and also in tax demand notice challan details are showing under Tax on regular assessment (400)
and challan copy which i have is under (500) .

What to do now in tht case, challan is already paid ?
