i qualified this may 2011 and i hv been shortlisted for both deloitte bangalore (in campus placement) and kpmg gurgaon (through open interview)
m confused about which one to go for ??? i am comfortable on residing in any of these places , the confusion is only about which would be better one to choose from and also whether campus placement should be given preference over open interviews and selection??

In this situations you should not get choice based on type of recruitment, u shd get choice based on the placement in which area ull get appoint, whether u've grip on that area or not, n whether tht will use to ur growth or not. This is my opinion only, but always the final decision should be urs only.
hey it depends on wat profile dey offering you and wat u want...for tax prefer KPMG...as such Big 4 is Big 4...inbetween them it doesnt matter match...if u are first attempt give preference to campus...
