Quick Summary
If you've received compensation from a builder due to a delay in property possession, and this compensation was paid as rent with TDS deducted, you need to declare it in your tax return. Even if you haven't taken full possession or are not yet the registered owner, this income should be reported. The compensation, though paid as rent, may need to be treated differently depending on its nature, potentially as interest income.

You can show your rental income in your return.
But i don't have possession of property not I am registered owner
Yes, you are right but though you paid partly payment , you can show under constructed property rented I think so.
