30 September 2015I forgot to file ER-1 for August 2015 on 10th Sepetember. But after 5 days when I want to file the same then it was not catching the submit button and showed an error message that "you have been delayed". Still my return is to be filed.
Would you please get me know about that error and penalty?

Please mail on helpdesp of aces, he will solve your query.
As far as penalty is concirned, it can be decided by Range Superintendent.
