Delay -Refund

My ITR was processed on 3rd August and the intimation was received by me subsequently over email and SMS.

However I am yet to receive refund from ITD. Normally I used to receive within few days. My refund amount is 16K.

Is this delay a regular feature this year?

Same is issue with me..... waiting despirately for refunds....intimation rcd on 27/7/22

Spoke to help line,they asked me to reduce the number of banks validated for refund to just one, which I did.

Ok.....in my case I have validated only one bank for refund....

It takes about 10 to 12 working days by SBI to credit refunds, due to overload of work.

Our clients have stared receiving it ...

No question of removing bank validation. Let those be validated. SBI chooses one of them as per its convenience.

I think it's got to do with the refund amount,mine is 16k ,last year it was only 4k ,it took just few days. Even the portal is not updated,it still states under Processing.

In my case ITR 2 processed 27/7/22 - refund due......as stated above validated banks more than one has nothing to do with refunds....can be given in any one validated bank.....but after 18 days also not reflecting in NSDL refund status....so definitely will take time....

Our client got refund of 30 K yesterday, after about 15 days of receiving refund order.

As due to bulk filing of returns on last days of return filing , refund now taking time of 15-20 days. So wait for it, same will be credited soon.

No , have not received yet. As per Rashmi G it will take anywhere between 15-20 days. So maybe next week.when I check in time nsdl it states no record found, your assessing officer has not sent this refund to refund banker kindly contact assessing officer and in the next paragraph it says if this refund has been sent by your assessing officer within the Last week please wait for a week and then again check the status .
