Delay of ca ipcc last attempt
is there is any chance to delay.

No, if the Nov-2020 exams gets conducted, which I hope they do.
Earlier May-2019 was the last attempt.
Then 2 attempts extension was given, i.e. Nov-2019 and May-2020.
Unfortunately, due to Coronavirus, May-2020 exams were cancelled.
So, last attempt is Nov-2020, as of now.
