Delay in refund by ITO
We filed an appeal on levy of penalty which was"allowed" by Commisioner of Appeals. Inspite of filing all documents, including online processing, in support of the refund claim, the ITO has not taken action for last 90 plus days. What am I expected to do next.

You have to check with AO by visiting if possible.
Normally refund takes no longer than 6-8 weeks but second probability is that AO might have preferred second appeal that is Tribunal.
