Delay in receiving membership certificate

Dear all,

I got ICAI membership on Feb 2020, have not received the membership certificate so far. I tried to contact ICAI many times, through e-sahaayataa. But they are saying it will take time to prepare the certificate (may be due to disruptions in the certificate distribution mechanisms from pandemic spread).

Now I am urgently in need of the certificate as I am trying to change my job.

Is there anybody in the same situation??

Can anybody please suggest a solution to get the membership certificate at the earliest?

Hello Vivek,
I and my friend have taken membership of icai around Nov 2019 and we have not received the certificate till date. So i think there are members who have not received the certificates due to the covid situation and also icai has also not conducted any convocation.

Yes.. I received a couple of days before.

Please check your mail id registered with ICAI. If your professional address differs from your residential address, you may have received a mail from the regional council to confirm your address and contact number for sending the certificate.

If you dont receive the certificate within this week or so, plz contact your regional council.

Hi , even i have applied for membership in Sep 2021, but still haven't got the certificate. Although i have received the member id card through post today. Anyone here who can help in how to get membership Certificate ?
