Delay in final exams

I have my final exams due in may 16 but I haven't filled the exam form due to lack of time for preparation.. Please let me know the consequences . My articleship date ends on 14/8/2016. I intent to appear final exams in Nov 16

no consequences... fill ur exam form in august for nov 16 and appear.

why not... if you pass nov 16 exams then of course you can participate.
