Delay in creation of charges

see the date of loan disbursment , not the date of registration of charges, because the date of loan agreement  or date of disbursment of loan  matters, for calculating the days , not the date of  creating of charges

NORMALLY DATE OF SIGNING THE AGREEMENT WITH BANK IS LATER THAN DATE OF SANCTION LETTER. SO CHECK IT IS 65 DAYS FROM SANCTION LETTER DATE THEN IT MAY BE LESS THAN 60 FROM DATE OF AGREEMENT.
