Can a society registered under societies registration act (an aop) become a partner of a Normal partnership firm (not llp)?
But as per teh defination in section 2(11) LLP can not be a body corporate.
"Body Corporate" or "Corporation" includes a company incorporated outside India.
I think there is no clear definition of Body corporate and ironically, Companies Act also does not give any conclusive definition.

Yes, ICAI is a body corporate which is established under The CA Act, 1949 to regulate the profession of Chartered Accountancy in India.
