Defective revised itr v, original already sent and processed

File one more time revise return and now sign itr v and send it to cpc.

Thanks Prakash. I wanted to know if i absolutely need to fill the revised return again. This is because there is no major problem in the original return. So can i avoid filling the revised return again. i hope filing the revised return last time has not made the original return void.

even if there is small change in return dn you are required to file revise return . you file one more time revise return so your original return will get replaced with your revised return.
