Default status for tan

sir for default status u hv to first register your TAN number then u can see it....its easy to register on website.

friend mostly notic from department is coming due to mis match of chaalan... ...pls verify your chalan on following link .....

if it not match from your challan detail then contact  to bank .

in above link there is option of default.....................in TDS

But for that u hv to register first

I have already registered my TAN with TRACES, as u sugested, the link is directed to NSDL, where the defaults details will be available only filing done upto 31st Oct 2012. What is to be done for knowing the status after that date. The TRACES shows only the challan filed is CLAIMED or UNCLAIMED. can u explain.
