Then Click on "User Complaints & Grievances"

Or

https://www.mca.gov.in/MCA21/compGriev.html

Here you can Click on Appropriate heading i.e. Complaint / Grievance / Suggestion /Query.

Fill up the Form - Submit. After successful submission you will get Ticket Number Online as well as to your mobile via SMS.

You can Track Status on this website after 24 hours.

Also, you will get reply from MCA21 via email, mentioned by you in above form.

Yes but there is no refund for STP and annual forms.I do have the same issue.

Whatever procedure I have mentioned earlier is for getting feedback / help from MCA21 Helpdesk.

You should submit Complaint / Grievance / Suggestion /Query through above procedure. You can submit your query regarding Refund, so they will guide you properly.

You will get reply from MCA21 helpdesk in maximum 2 days.

If  you check "calculate fees" - the fees will be shown as Normal as well as Additional fees..However if you actually upload the form ,only 25% of the additional fees is charged.
