My cost of Sundaram Clayton Equity is Rs. 287.50 as on August 2013. On 24/03/2023, I got allotment of 116 Non-Convertible Preference shares of Rs 10/- each as Bonus for every existing shares.
What is the Deemed cost these Bonus shares for me. Standard costing rules.
Incidentally, last Cum-bonus closing price was Rs. 4422.55 as on 23/03/2023 and next closing price was excluding-Bonus was Rs 3853.40. Can one value the difference (Rs 4422.55 minus 3853.40, i.e., Rs 569.15 ) for these 116 shares N C Preference shares of Rs. 10/-
