Please carify that whether the Personal Accident Policy premium can be claimed as deductions under Chapter VIA of Income Tax Act. or In other Sections of Income Tax Act??

no deduction can be claimed under any section of income tax for the aforesaid premium.
Deduction not available for personal accident policy, probably because its an indemnity and not typically an investment.
