Deduction under section 80ccd,80ccd(1b)

Dear all, 

I am Bihar State goverment employees.

My Gross Salary for the Financial Year 2018-19  is Rs.   854112.00

BASIC+DA            631669

Other Allowance : 222443

Saving :- 1-NPS Regular Contribution :63119.00 Which is deducted from by salary

               2.Five Year Tax Saving  FDR :-125000.00

               3. Additional Contribution in NPS  Rs.50000.00

And my employer also contribute in NPS Rs.63119.00 Which is not included in my Gross Salary which is mention above.

My Question is Rs. Employer Contribution is deductible or not.
