Deduction u/s 80CCD(1B)

An assessee has made following investments and expenditure during the Financial Year :
80,000 PPF
20,000 ELSS mutual funds
20,000 LIC
90,000 NPS deduction from salary
Can the assessee in above case claim 1.25 lacs (80 20 20) under 80C & additional 30,000 deduction towards NPS under 80C to fully avail 80 C benefits and claim 50,000 out of balance NPS contribution (90-30 = 60) under 80CCD(1B)?
