good afternoon , i want to confirm whether representative assessee claim deduction u/s 80- u of rs 125000 , filing of itr of father as legal heir after father death during previous year fy 2019-2020 ( ay 2020-2021)

For the return of Previous year, in which death occurred you can claim subject to availability of certificate issued by the medical authority regarding disability up to that date.
