Deduction u/s 80-ib(10)

If two residential units have been joint together and allotted to a single person and even then area of joint unit is within prescribed limit, whether it will be treated as a single unit and conditions under clause (e) & (f) will be fulfilled and above is eligible for deduction u/s 80-IB(10)?? Please post your expert views supporting any decision.

I think it is satisfied since section section requires a single residential unit and within the prescribed area. Since at present only one residential unit is there after joining.

In this case you dedcution cannot be denied on those grounds, supportings i have read in ca sansar website pls visit
