How to Avail Tax Excemption u/s 54EC for Co-owner of Immovable Property

Hi, exemption under section 54EC is available upto 50,00,000 or amount of capital gain derived after indexation whichever is less  per property transection. So, I beleive that even if you co-owned the property the total exemption among co-owners should not exceed 50,00,000.
