I have two children both with 40 percent disability (Muscular dystrophy) what is the assessment amount for claiming deduction for two children with 40 percent disabilities?

It depend upon concern doctor certificate about disability as per National Trust for the Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 1999
