Deduction of tds

870 views 3 replies

we have booked the advertisement expenses as prepaid, for which are we liable to deduct TDS ?

and also the payment for the same is not made this prepaid is shown for the ease of accounting, therefore on the other part it is shown as payable on year end date.

therefore neither the payment is made in that F.Y. nor the expenses are booked for the said period,

are we liable to deduct the TDS on the said prepaid expenses?
