Deduction of PF on Overtime Allowance

Can anybody throw some light on the below mentioned issue:

'Will PF be deductible on the Overtime Allowance paid to the employees of an organization? If yes, then please explain with the help of Section(s), Rule(s), Circular(s), Judgement(s), if any.'
