DEDUCTION OF PF IN REMUNERATION REG

A Director of a company is paid remuneration of Rs.60000/Per Month.His Contribution to the recognised provident Fund maintained by the company is Rs.7200/ Per Month.The company is also paying Rs.7200/ Per Month as Employer Contribution.In this case please clarify whether the Rule 75 of the Income Tax Rules will apply.If applies ,what is the consequences for violation of the said Rule 75.
