I have purchased a piece of land for construction of house in future
whether it can be allowed as deduction in self occupied house property or not ?

have you sold any property and now planning to to invest in another property by purchasing land and then constructing property on it . If yes it can be allowed provided that you construct the property within the specified time period of 3 years. else it won't be allowed
