Dear Sir, due to curfew we have not deposit Amount in PPF account and not deposit insurance Instalment.the same has been done by 1 April 2020.
Can we claim 80 C deduction in FY 2019-20 please advise.

Yes... You can claim such deduction in FY 19-20 ITR.
Also govt give the opportunity to Assessee. The date is also extended to 30th Jun-2020.
