Deductees available whiling filing return, but no deductees.

Four challans were filed in the TDS Return. Three challans had 1 deductee and 1 challan had 3 deductees. While filing the return total tax deducted and total tax deposited as per deductee details was same. The deductees were not credited their TDS. While i tried to give the request to download the consoe file in Traces the 4 challans are there, but the challans have no deductees. Online Correction was requested for adding the deductees, but the online correction was rejected. Kindly guide me to solve this so that the deductees can get their TDS credited.
