Declaration of transporter godown as additional place of business of recipient

Respected sir,

We are in the business providing GTA service. If our godown is declared as additional place of business by recipient of service will it add to ancillary services provided buy us. How treat sublet/ rent income if any.

If we do not charge for mere declaration by recipient does it creates any additional liability on us as per GST act.
