Ok people i require help in this case,

An agent(a) in Mumbai gets an order for machinery from a customer(c) in Kandla SEZ Gujrat.  A purchases the same goods from a dealer D in Tamil Nadu and the entire transaction is completed on a sale in transit basis.

In normal case A gets C-forms from C and A issues E II form to C and A issues C-forms to supplier (S) and S issues Ei form to A.

In this case C will issue I Forms from SEZ Kandla for exemption of CST. what i want to know is,

1.  Whether A can go for Sale in Transit Transaction? Whether E1, EII forms are applicable?

2.  What are the declaration forms applicable to Agent(a) and supplier(s)?

E-1 and E2 are still valid forms

regarding case specific please get in touch with your STO, whether he will allow form I against E-1 or E-2 as the case may be, otherwise SEZ have to issue u form C ( no tax is involved in both the cases)
