Decision taken on services at 20th GST Council Meeting on 5 August 2017 . - that :- Works contract services provided to Government, local authority or governmental authority and in respect of post-harvest storage infrastructure for agricultural produce, mechanized food grain handling system.
Rate of GST Reduced from 18% to 12% - but here now one confusion that the line above wrote is - and in respect of mean means the rate of reduction towords work contract on govt, all construction works ? or only for post-harvest storage infrastructure for agricultural produce, mechanized food grain handling system.
SIR , please clearify above confusion .
