Is the provident fund, superannuation fund and gratuity received by legal heirs of deceased employee taxable?

Under which section?
File Return on deceased employee's name and caim exemption. Heirs will inherit the same which is not taxable.
it is taxable under the relevant sections subject to the limit provided in various sub-sections to Section 10
