I don't think any problem to receive.
in excess of 20000/- means how much ??

plz get PAN xerox of debtor if possible.

Under 269ST maximum transaction value is 2 lakhs in cash.

Sorry... I thought it as 200000, There's no bar in receiving amount in excess of 20000 but less than rs. 2 lacs
