debit note recvd but It is not less from claim itc on return

dear all
I have recvd a debit note Nov 2018 but itc claim on Nov 18 without adjusting debit note. I am filed 3b till may 19
I don't have any openings itc on may 19
and also no sale during this month
what to do ?
