Sir,

I have received a Debit Note from MRF Ltd due to GST Tax Rate difference "Instead of charging 28% the charged 18% in their invoice".

My question is whether i have to enter this Debit Note received in GSTR1

or

Have i to just take the input credit generated out of the Debit Note in GSTR 3B?

MRF fill up GSTR1. it will reflect on ur GSTR1 as credit note...
This means I will not have to enter the debit notes received from mrf ltd as credit notes in gstr1. it will get automatically reflected in gstr1. right?
yes it will be automatically reflected in your gstr 2a however you can take itc of differential tax amount.....

MRF will add supplier invoices (Debit note here) in GSTR 1 and it will automatically reflect in recipients GSTR 2A (Input tax credit). So additional(differential) input tax credit available
