Is it possible for director to have Debit card cash withdrawal in PVT. Ltd. Company Bank account as per company laws. Please explain, if any consequences are there. Is it possible to use cash withdrawal ATM recepit of debit card for pvt. ltd. company in accounting voucher for the cash withdrawal or else only cheque is valid instrument for cash withdrawal for the company account
