debit and credit note in gst

if I supplied a goods to dealer for let say 33600 (30000+ 3600) inclusive gst at 12 %. in month of July and after that I issued a debit note for above mentioned supply in august for 5600 . now when will so thus debit in my return . either in July or august and what will be date of debit note .
