What is the forms or compliances required to be fulfiiled in the Mca site.- regarding issuance of convertible,non-convertible and optional non-convertible debntures for a Pvt Ltd co.

Upto my understanding u need to file only Form 8/ Form 10 if issuing Series of Debentures and creating (Pari Passu) charge on that.
