Ek prakar ka 'adhikar' .. Loan denewala Ko kuch security chahiye .. Loan denewala (or debentureholder, in this case) ka adhikar hai Company ke - stock; Fixtures & Fittings; Cash; Unfactored debts ..
Agar company liquidate (bandh) Hota hai .. these Debentureholder ki recovery hogi .. by selling above assets
