Debenture being a Secured loan, a firm having no legal sanctity and cannot hold debentures. however, partners of such firms can jointly hold in their name or individually.

From now be specific while asking Q's as now partneship firm includes LLP also and LLP can be a debentureholder, I hope u didnt ment LLP in your Q's
