It is very unfortunate that our new CA's are not getting Job because of extremely high results by institute unmatched with demand. Even first attempt CA' s are not getting job as per their expectation. 

Because of this high results even good candidates are not getting job because of this. 

If this happens continuously then the package will be go down.

on one side institute increases the average salary limit from 6 lakh p.a to 9 lakh p.a.in campus and on the other hand high results .

how is it possible mr. G. ramaswamy ?. 

I miss mr. uttam agrawal because he maintained the repo of CA by decreasing the results .when he was president, he reduced results from 25-30% to 6 to 7%.We want that type of president

Kahi aisa na ho jaye ki hamari bhi value Engineers ya MBA jaisi ho jaye(except top b school) .wahi 10-15 k ki naukri.

What u want Mr. Ketan  c.a students remain c.a student and not qualify as Chartered Accountant.

I want that only quality student should clear i.e top 5 to 6 % so that the reputation of ca maintained. for ex results like may 10

Dear ketan, in today’s  era corporate is only hiring candidate who are good at work & can produce results in shortest possible time at minimum possible payout. Good candidate always get the right package.

So Don’t worry yarr Campus Placement is not the only option. People are getting selected from open market even at higher package than offered in campus, actually it depends on individual merits.

Agreed Mr.Aksh kumar. you are right that people will get job definitely. But the higher results may reduce the overall brand image.

The question is to obtain a CA Certificate. It is irrelevant if he wants to practice or go to industry. if may 2010 results recurs,it is not far when the market and jobs will be filled with MBA,CWA and CS. He who is fittest in the course should survive. Also it is ur itihas gawah that Institute only releases 89.23% of freshers and mark moderation for more than 5 attempt students are crushed beyond imagination and tends to be too high when negligible to freshers,then why cant a fresher get a job if he is worth it. Do u know inspite of doing well the old students rotate in 150-151-159-160 and this is the range they are pulled down. As what u told results during Uttam Aggarwal time,can u tell me how many of the old students with say writing for 5 or more attempts ,went out successfully atleast completing 1 group by writing both groups.Again these unlucky students,who clear atleast one group if lucky, can find a balanced and expected marks in the pending group when he attempts to it with his normal performance which he did before passing both groups. In short to tell mark moderation changes the face when a student is left with a single group bcos he is in the launch pad of the institute to qualify. When the entire system is highly manipulated and complicated then how can u ask to reduce the pass percentage to 5% ?????? Who cares for brand image?  Can the institute guarantee an International job worth 20 laks INR saving? Can they? If not let people pass and make their living and earn their livelihood peacefully and happily.

What is the purpose of that degree if you not able to get a satisfactorily Job. This thing will affect only meritorious student . I know that 90 out of 100 will happy with this high result. 

CA is the only course where the entry is easy to get in but exit is not even worth the output received. What do you mean by meritorious students? A meritorious student is a student who can come out from a toughest situation successfully. No meritorious student opts for CA as the first course of choice. If not IITs,IAS,and IIMs will be empty for ever. This is only an alternative course of action where survival is atleast assured.A person who knows and has done some audits and worked in some excel,MS Word,ERP environment etc finds it easy to procure some job in accounts in some nature of Industry. If the same person works with a degree of CA he can expect a higher pay for the same job that he was doing.U mentioned meritorious students rite? Ok i will show u the live example of the results during Amarjeet Chopra tenure.New course topper got 76.4% if i am not wrong but do u know how much the topper in old course got? Only 54.5%!!!!!!

I ask why that steep difference. say if he was more than 5 attempts old then he is out of the game.....I kno fresh qualifieds but they dont kno how to approach an audit......Still u say meritorious and tell that their expectations are high for high placements etc etc....

This is a perfect stretch of Gambling dear and a memory game,where the institution cant pass everyone,market needs freshers and they are catering to the market demand, Amarjeet Chopra professed that'' In the history of the Institute it has never happened that a student who has to pass has failed and who has failed has passed''. What is the worth of this Statement.Does the Institute has the guts to hand over the answersheets? if so everything wud come out clear. The min u inform the institute that u need ur answersheet by getting the permission of the council members,ur paper is made to dis-appear ,then what can u term this Examination as? The higher the results the better,atleast all are safe to get a decent pay,whatever the nature of job be. There is enough jobs in the open market than campus.

Somehow Agreed With Mr. Ketan Inani that it will reduce brand image .

If you are not get employment with desired salary , Opt for practise. Employment opportunity in India may be a problem. But Abroad have good job opportunity, Try  there.  But all require good salary within India may be some time problem.

Those who done well in examination should be passed than holding their result and making more negative brand image.
